Avocado, Cucumber & Ginger Smoothie Recipe

The combination of cucumber, ginger, and avocado creates an amazingly healthy smoothie with a clean taste.

Ingredients

12 fluid ounce water, chilled

1 lemon, juiced

Half of a medium avocado, peeled and pitted

8-ounce baby spinach, fresh or frozen

1 small cucumber, peeled and cored

2 dates, pitted

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. In a blender place all the ingredients and pulse at high speed for 1 ½ to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie into serving glass and serve straight away.
