12 fluid ounce water, chilled
1 lemon, juiced
Half of a medium avocado, peeled and pitted
8-ounce baby spinach, fresh or frozen
1 small cucumber, peeled and cored
2 dates, pitted
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed ice
- In a blender place all the ingredients and pulse at high speed for 1 ½ to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothie into serving glass and serve straight away.
