This slow-cooked balsamic chicken is healthy and delicious. It is so juicy that the chicken just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:-

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts – 6

Diced tomatoes – 2 (14.5 oz.) can

Thinly sliced onion – 1

Garlic cloves – 4

Balsamic vinegar – ½ cup

Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon

Dried rosemary – 1 teaspoon

Dried basil – 1 teaspoon

Thyme – ½ teaspoon

Ground black pepper – To taste

Salt – To taste

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook covered for 4 hours on high.
