Balsamic Roast Recipe

The balsamic pot roast goes well for any occasion.

Makes: 6 servings

Cook: 4-5 hours

Ingredients:-

Rump roast – 2 lbs.

Beef broth – 1 cup

Balsamic vinegar – 1/3 cup

Maple syrup – 2 tablespoon

Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon

Garlic clove (crushed) – 1

Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon

Directions:-

  1. Place the roast in a slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the roast.
  3. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on high.
  4. Using 2 forks shred the meat.
