Banana Apple Coconut-Milkshake Recipe


Try out this really easy and healthy smoothie because it is delicious.

1 medium-sized apple, peeled and cored

1 medium-sized banana, peeled and sliced

1 cup coconut milk, full-fat

½ cup crushed ice


  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients and then pulse at high speed for 30-60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie into serving glass and serve straight away.
