Beef Arm Pot Roast Recipe

This pot roast is wonderfully moist and tender.

Makes: 6 servings

Cook: 8-10 hours

Ingredients:-

Beef arm roast (excess fat trimmed) – 2 lbs.

Kosher sea salt – 1 ½ teaspoons

Ground black pepper – ¾ teaspoon

Fresh basil (finely chopped) – ¾ teaspoon

Yellow onion (finely chopped) – ½ cup

Garlic cloves (minced) – 4

Bay leaves – 2

Beef stock – 2 cups

Directions:-

  1. Season all sides of the roast with basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Put in the slow cooker and add in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cook for 8-10 hours on low.
  4. Discard the bay leaves and slice the roast.
