Cooking the stroganoff in the slow cooker retains all the flavors within.

Ingredients:-

Brown onion (sliced, quartered) – 1

Garlic cloves (crushed) – 2

Streaky bacon slices (diced) – 2

Stewing steak beef (cubed) – 1 lb.

Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon

Tomato paste – ¼ cup

Beef stock – 1 cup

Mushrooms (quartered) – 9 oz.

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 4-6 hours on high.
