Berry & Chia Smoothie Recipe


This creamy and low carb smoothie is a combination of blueberry, chia seeds, and coconut. Rich in antioxidants and healthy fats, it is a great snack for kids and adults as well.

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup coconut milk, full-fat

1/2 cup coconut cream

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons ground chia seed

2 tablespoons stevia

2 cups crushed ice


  1. In a blender place all the ingredients and pulse at high speed for 30-60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie evenly into serving glasses and serve straight away.
