Brussels Sprout Cheese Dip Recipe

This warm cheesy Brussels sprout dip is a dip that you will love making often.

Ingredients:-

Brussels sprouts (trimmed, quartered) – 1 lb.

Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Garlic cloves – 2

Thyme (chopped) – ½ teaspoon

Sour cream – ¼ cup

Cream cheese (softened) – 4 oz.

Mayonnaise – ¼ cup

Mozzarella (shredded) – ¾ cup

Parmesan (grated) – ¼ cup

Salt and pepper – to taste

Directions:-

  1. Toss the sprouts with salt, pepper and olive oil and place them in a baking sheet with the garlic.
  2. Squeeze out the garlic.
  3. Roast in an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes, flipping midway.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  5. Cook covered for 1-2 hours on low.
