Buffalo Chicken Soup Recipe

The cheesy flavor of the soup is just yum.

Cook: 7 hours

Ingredients:-

Chicken breast (cubed) – 1 lb.

Chicken stock – 32 oz.

Buffalo wing sauce – ½ cup

Green onions (chopped) – 4

Carrots (chopped) – 2

Celery ribs (diced) – 2

Garlic cloves (minced) – 2

Sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded) – 1 cup

Parmesan cheese (shredded) – 2/3 cup

Blue cheese (crumbled) – ¼ cup

Italian flat leaf parsley (chopped) – 2 tablespoon

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker except the cheeses and parsley.
  2. Cook covered for 6 hours on low.
  3. Mix in the cheeses.
  4. Cook covered for another hour.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
