Cauliflower Bites with Ranch Dip Recipe

This is a finger-licking appetizer. Yum!

Ingredients:-

Cauliflower florets – 4 cups

Extra – virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoon

Salt – ¼ teaspoon

Smoked paprika – ¼ teaspoon

Garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon

Hot sauce (sugar-free) – ½ cup

Ranch Dip:

Organic dairy-free mayo – 1 cup

Unsweetened coconut milk – ½ cup

Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Pepper – ¼ teaspoon

Fresh lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Fresh parsley (chopped) – ¼ cup

Directions:-

  1. Whisk together all the dip ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. Mix together the paprika, salt, hot sauce and garlic powder and toss the cauliflower in it until coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Serve the cauliflower bites with the dip.
