Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Cauliflower rice is an amazing healthy alternative for rice in Keto diet. Use it in place of pasta or couscous. 

Yield: 4 servings

Total Time Taken: 20 minutes


1 2⁄3 pound cauliflower head, cut into florets

3 ¼ ounce butter, unsalted

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon turmeric powder


  1. Remove and discard stem of cauliflower and grate the head.
  2. Place a medium-sized non-stick skillet pan over medium heat, add butter and let melt.
  3. Add grated cauliflower and cook for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
  4. Stir in salt and turmeric and serve.

Nutritional Information Per Serving: 157 Cal, 15 g total fat (8.2 g sat. fat), 179 mg chol., 230 mg sodium, 5.3 g carb., 2.5 g fiber, 3 g protein.
