Cauliflower rice is an amazing healthy alternative for rice in Keto diet. Use it in place of pasta or couscous.

1 2⁄3 pound cauliflower head, cut into florets
3 ¼ ounce butter, unsalted
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Remove and discard stem of cauliflower and grate the head.
- Place a medium-sized non-stick skillet pan over medium heat, add butter and let melt.
- Add grated cauliflower and cook for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
- Stir in salt and turmeric and serve.
