Cheesy Spinach-Tomato Breakfast Frittata Recipe



This frittata is just mouthwatering.

Cook: 1 – 1 ½ hour

Ingredients:-

Extra-virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Onion (diced) – ½ cup

Mozzarella cheese (2%, shredded) – 1 cup

Eggs – 3

Egg whites – 3

1% Milk – 2 tablespoons

Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon

White pepper – ¼ teaspoon

Baby spinach (chopped) – 1 cup

Roma tomato (diced) – 1

Salt – to taste

Directions:-

  1. Sauté the onions in a pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Place the onions in a bowl and whisk in the rest of the ingredients except ¼ cup cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased slow cooker and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  4. Cook for 1 – 1 ½ hours on low until set.
