Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

Every choco-addict will love this smoothie. It is easy and quick to prepare and so filling.

Yield: 2 servings

Total Time Taken: 5 minutes

Ingredients

14-ounce coconut milk, full-fat

2 tablespoons chia seeds

¼ cup rice protein powder, dairy-free

½ teaspoon vanilla-flavoured stevia

1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate

2 cups crushed ice

Directions

  1. In a blender place all the ingredients except chocolate and pulse at high speed for 30-60 seconds or until creamy.
  2. Then blend in chocolate for 20-30 seconds or until well combined.
  3. Pour smoothie into serving glasses and serve straight away.

Nutritional Information Per Serving: 193 Cal, 10 g total fat (5 g sat. fat), 76 mg chol., 0 mg sodium, 3 g carb., 1g fibre, 23 g protein.
