Every choco-addict will love this smoothie. It is easy and quick to prepare and so filling.

14-ounce coconut milk, full-fat
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ cup rice protein powder, dairy-free
½ teaspoon vanilla-flavoured stevia
1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate
2 cups crushed ice
- In a blender place all the ingredients except chocolate and pulse at high speed for 30-60 seconds or until creamy.
- Then blend in chocolate for 20-30 seconds or until well combined.
- Pour smoothie into serving glasses and serve straight away.
