Coconut milk – 1 can
Coconut oil – ¾ cup
Unsweetened coconut flakes – 1 cup
Liquid stevia – 20 drops
- Microwave the coconut oil for 20 seconds until melted.
- Mix in the coconut milk and stevia.
- Finally stir in the coconut flakes and pour into molds.
- Freeze for an hour.
