Ingredients:-

Coconut milk – 1 can

Coconut oil – ¾ cup

Unsweetened coconut flakes – 1 cup

Liquid stevia – 20 drops

Directions:-

  1. Microwave the coconut oil for 20 seconds until melted.
  2. Mix in the coconut milk and stevia.
  3. Finally stir in the coconut flakes and pour into molds.
  4. Freeze for an hour.

Nutrition Information per serving: 123 Cal, 13 g total fat, 2 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein.
