Coconut Chicken Curry

This chicken curry tastes wonderful over cauliflower rice.

Ingredients:-

Large chicken breasts (halved) – 2

Coconut milk – 1 can

Curry spices (garam masala, cardamom, turmeric) – 1 tablespoon

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook covered for 5 hours on low.
