This dish is a double delight. Eggs and chicken together!!

Onions (chopped fine) – 2
Garlic clove (minced) – 1
Butter – ½ cup
Organic Ethiopian Berebere – 4 tablespoon
Whole Chicken (separated into legs, breasts and thighs) – 1
Celtic sea salt – 2 teaspoon
Organic hard boiled eggs (peeled) – 8
- Place the onions, garlic, butter, salt and Berbere in a slow cooker.
- Cook for 8 hours on low.
- Add the chicken and cook for another 8 hours on low.
- Transfer the mixture into the serving dish and place it in the eggs.
