Flank Steak with Peppers Recipe

You can have this for lunch with some salad as aside.

Ingredients:-

Lean flank steak – 2 lbs.

Green pepper (sliced) – 1

Yellow pepper (sliced) – 1

Onion (thinly sliced) – 1

Garlic cloves (minced) – 4

Bay leaf – 1

Cumin – ¾ teaspoon

Oregano – ¾ teaspoon

Beef broth (non-fat) – ¾ cup

Tomato paste – 3 tablespoon

Salt – ¼ teaspoon

 Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a greased slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 8 hours on low.

Nutrition Information per serving: 257 Cal, 10 g total fat (4 g sat. fat), 104 mg chol., 311 g sodium, 7 g carb., 1 g fiber, 35 g protein.
