Garlic Chicken Recipe


Made with minimum ingredients, garlic chicken is always a hit. It is a hot, spicy and tasty chicken side dish or main course.

Yield: 4 servings

2 ¼ pounds chicken thighs, boneless

4 tablespoons butter, unsalted

10 garlic, peeled and sliced

1 lemon, juiced

1 ½ teaspoon salt

¾ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 tablespoons chopped parsley


  1. Set oven to 450 degrees F and let preheat.
  2. In the meantime, take a large baking pan, grease sides and bottom with butter and then place chicken.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper and then sprinkle with garlic and parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and place baking pan into the oven.
  4. Bake chicken for 45-50 minutes or until nicely golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm.
