Made with minimum ingredients, garlic chicken is always a hit. It is a hot, spicy and tasty chicken side dish or main course.

2 ¼ pounds chicken thighs, boneless
4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
10 garlic, peeled and sliced
1 lemon, juiced
1 ½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Set oven to 450 degrees F and let preheat.
- In the meantime, take a large baking pan, grease sides and bottom with butter and then place chicken.
- Season with salt and black pepper and then sprinkle with garlic and parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and place baking pan into the oven.
- Bake chicken for 45-50 minutes or until nicely golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
