Ginger Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:-

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts – 1 ½ lbs.

Tomato puree – ½ cup

Apricot jam (unsweetened) – 1/3 cup

Chicken broth – 1/3 cup

Coconut aminos – 2 tablespoon

Sesame seed oil – 1 ½ tablespoon

Sweetener of choice – 1 tablespoon

Ground ginger – 1 teaspoon

Onion (minced) – ¼ cup

Red pepper flakes (crushed) – ½ teaspoon

Red bell pepper (chopped) – 2 tablespoon

Topping:

Sesame seeds – 2 teaspoon

Scallions (chopped) – 1 ½ tablespoon

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and stir mix.
  2. Cook for 4 hours on high.
  3. Serve garnished with the sesame seeds and scallions.
