Make-ahead this tasty, sugar-free and keto granola mixture and store in a container. Have it with a heaping tablespoon of whipped coconut milk and berries for breakfast when in a hurry or as a snack.

7-ounce coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, unsweetened
15 drops liquid stevia extract
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8-ounce sesame seeds
¼ cup grounded chia seeds
8 ounce shelled hemp hearts
16 ounce shredded unsweetened coconut
- Place baking rack in the middle shelf of the oven set the temperature to 325 degrees F and let preheat. Grease a large baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray and set aside until required.
- In a large bowl whisk together coconut oil, vanilla, stevia, salt, and cinnamon until just combined. Then stir in sesame and chia seeds, hemp hearts and coconut until mixed well.
- Spoon the mixture into a prepared baking sheet, spread evenly and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then rotate the baking sheet and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
- When the baking is done, transfer the granola to a large plate and let it cool for 1 hour before serving.
