Granola Mixture Recipe

Make-ahead this tasty, sugar-free and keto granola mixture and store in a container. Have it with a heaping tablespoon of whipped coconut milk and berries for breakfast when in a hurry or as a snack.

Yield: 8 servings

7-ounce coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract, unsweetened

15 drops liquid stevia extract

1 ½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

8-ounce sesame seeds

¼ cup grounded chia seeds

8 ounce shelled hemp hearts

16 ounce shredded unsweetened coconut


  1. Place baking rack in the middle shelf of the oven set the temperature to 325 degrees F and let preheat. Grease a large baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray and set aside until required.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together coconut oil, vanilla, stevia, salt, and cinnamon until just combined. Then stir in sesame and chia seeds, hemp hearts and coconut until mixed well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a prepared baking sheet, spread evenly and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then rotate the baking sheet and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
  4. When the baking is done, transfer the granola to a large plate and let it cool for 1 hour before serving.
