You can serve this dip with veggie sticks as an appetizer.

Ingredients:-
Garlic cloves – 3
Onion – ½
Artichoke hearts – 2 (14 oz.) cans
Spinach (chopped) – 10 oz.
Kale (chopped) – 10 oz.
Parmesan cheese – 1 cup
Part-skim Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – 1 cup
Greek yoghurt – 1 cup
Sour cream (low fat) – ¾ cup
Mayo (low fat) – ¼ cup
Salt and pepper – to taste
Directions:-
- Place the artichokes, garlic and onion in a food processor and chop fine.
- Transfer into a slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook for 4 hours on high.
- Stir mix well, forming a paste.
