Green Artichoke Dip Recipe

You can serve this dip with veggie sticks as an appetizer.

Makes: 20 servings

Cook: 4 hours

Ingredients:-

Garlic cloves – 3

Onion – ½

Artichoke hearts – 2 (14 oz.) cans

Spinach (chopped) – 10 oz.

Kale (chopped) – 10 oz.

Parmesan cheese – 1 cup

Part-skim Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – 1 cup

Greek yoghurt – 1 cup

Sour cream (low fat) – ¾ cup

Mayo (low fat) – ¼ cup

Salt and pepper – to taste

Directions:-

  1. Place the artichokes, garlic and onion in a food processor and chop fine.
  2. Transfer into a slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cook for 4 hours on high.
  4. Stir mix well, forming a paste.

Nutrition Information per serving: 83 Cal, 4.3 g fat, 3.6 g net carb., 2 g fiber, 6.5 g protein.
