This hash recipe is an easy go-to, cheesy and low-carb dinner. It is filling enough to fit alone as a meal for any weeknight.

1 pound ground beef
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt – ¾ teaspoon
Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Place a medium saucepan over medium heat, add beef and cook for 5-7 minutes or until nicely browned, stir occasionally.
- Drain the grease in the pan, then add cauliflower, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
- Top with cheese, then reduce heat to low and let cheese melts completely, cover the pan. Serve warm.
