Halloumi & Olives Protein Roll

Ingredients:-

Halloumi cheese slices – 3

Hummus – ½ tablespoon

Green olives stuffed with anchovies – 5

Softer butter knobs – 2

Low carb keto protein bread roll (halved, toasted) – 1

Gem leaves (small) – 2

Directions:-

  1. Grill the cheese slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread butter on the toasted roll halves.
  3. Plate the roll with the cheese atop the lettuce with olives and hummus on the side.
