There is no doubt that you will relish this hash brown casserole.

Cook: 2-3 hours

Ingredients:-

Frozen hash browns (shredded) – 20 oz.

Thick cut bacon (cooked, chopped) – 8 slices

Cheddar cheese (shredded) – 8 oz.

Green onions (thinly sliced) – 6

Eggs – 12

Milk – ½ cup

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Pepper – ¼ teaspoon

Directions:-

  1. Grease a slow cooker with oil and layer hash browns, bacon, cheese and green onions, repeating the layering another time.
  2. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over.
  3. Cook for 2 – 3 hours on high.
