Italian Style Mushrooms Recipe


This makes a really good side dish when you have an Italian meal planned out.

Makes: 6 servings

Cook: 4 hours


Fresh mushrooms – 1 lb.

Onion (sliced) – 1

Butter (melted) – ½ cup

Italian salad dressing mix – 1 envelope


  1. Spread the mushrooms and onion in a slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together the butter and dressing mix and pour over the mushrooms.
  3. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low.
