Ingredients:-

Lamb leg (make 3 slits) – 2 lbs.

Olive oil – ¼ cup

Whole grain mustard – 2 tablespoon

Maple syrup – 1 tablespoon

Thyme sprigs – 4

Mint leaves – 6

Dried rosemary – ¾ teaspoon

Garlic – ¾ teaspoon

Salt and pepper – to taste

Directions:-

  1. Coat the lamb with the oil, maple syrup, mustard, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the lamb in the slow cooker.
  3. Cook for 7 hours on low.
  4. Throw in the mint and thyme and cook for another hour.
