This London broil becomes amazingly tender, that it just pulls apart without much effort.

Cook: 4 hours

Ingredients:-

London broil – 2 lbs.

Chicken broth – ½ cup

Coffee – ½ cup

White wine – ¼ cup

Soy sauce – 2 tablespoon

Reduced sugar ketchup – 2 tablespoon

Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon

Garlic (minced) – 2 teaspoon

Onion powder – 2 teaspoon

Directions:-

  1. Coat the chicken with the soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and Dijon and place it in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cook for 4-6 hours on high.
  4. Shred the meat using forks and mix it in the sauce.
