Malaysian Style Beef Curry Recipe

Serve this Malaysian style beef curry with cauliflower rice for a weekday dinner.

Ingredients:-

Stewing beef (cubed) – 21.1 oz.

Coconut cream – 1 cup

Red onion (quartered) – 1

Ground cardamom – 1 teaspoon

Ground coriander – 2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon

Chinese five spice – 1 teaspoon

Chili powder – ½ teaspoon

Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon

Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon

Leafy greens – a handful

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker except the leafy greens and stir well.
  2. Cook for 4-6 hours on high.
  3. 5 minutes prior to completion of cook time, mix in the leafy greens.
