Pepper Chili Chicken

A super easy chicken dish that tastes delicious.

Makes: 6 servings

Cook: 6 – 8 hours

Ingredients:-

Skinless chicken breasts (chopped) – 3

Jalapeno peppers (sliced) – 2

Chili pepper (chopped) – 1

Red bell pepper (chopped) – 1

Chicken broth – 8 oz.

Red pepper (crushed) – 1 tablespoon

Green onions (chopped) – ½ cup

Peanut butter – 6 teaspoon

Lemon juice – 4 teaspoon

Soy sauce – 4 teaspoon

Olive oil – 2 teaspoon

Ginger (ground) – 1 teaspoon

Garlic (minced) – 1 teaspoon

Fresh ground pepper – ½ teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Transfer the ingredients into a slow cooker.
  3. Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low.
