Ingredients:-
Canned pumpkin puree – 1 cup
Coconut flour – ¼ cup
Tahini – ½ cup
Swerve – 1/4 cup
Pumpkin pie spice – 1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Directions:-
- Mix together all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine together both the dry and wet ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture into a greased brownie pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
