Pumpkin Truffles Recipe

A dessert so simple to make, that you will not mind doing it over and over again.

Pumpkin puree – 1 ½ cups

Pumpkin pie spice- 2 teaspoons

Soft coconut butter – 3/4 cup

Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Vanilla liquid stevia – 1 teaspoon


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate until firm.
