Ingredients:-
Pumpkin puree – 1 ½ cups
Pumpkin pie spice- 2 teaspoons
Soft coconut butter – 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Vanilla liquid stevia – 1 teaspoon
Directions:-
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until firm.
