1 pound ground beef
1 medium-sized onion, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
Zucchini noodles for serving
- Place a large saucepan over medium heat, add oil and let heat. Then add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender, stir occasionally.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Then add beef and cook for 7-10 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese and zucchini noodles and cook for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with spaghetti and serve over zucchini noodles.
