Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe


Using common kitchen staples and minimal effort, zucchini-spaghetti Bolognese turns out in just 20 minutes and tastes exactly like classic spaghetti Bolognese.

1 pound ground beef

1 medium-sized onion, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups chopped tomatoes

1 ½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 tablespoon dried sage

1 tablespoon dried marjoram

Zucchini noodles for serving


  1. Place a large saucepan over medium heat, add oil and let heat. Then add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender, stir occasionally.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Then add beef and cook for 7-10 minutes or until nicely browned.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese and zucchini noodles and cook for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle with spaghetti and serve over zucchini noodles.
