This spiced beef eye roast exudes an amazing flavor.

Ingredients:-

Lean ground beef eye roast – 3 lbs.

Worcestershire sauce – 2 tablespoon

Fresh lime juice – 4 tablespoon

Onion (diced) – 1 ½ cups

Red bell pepper (diced) – 1 cup

Garlic cloves (minced) – 3

Serrano chilies (seeded, minced) – 3

Salt and pepper – to taste

Beef broth (non-fat) – ½ cup

Canned diced tomatoes – 1 cup

Dried oregano – ½ teaspoon

Directions:-

  1. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper and put it in the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the beef.
  3. Cook for 8 hours on low.
  4. Shred the beef using 2 forks.
