This steak chili is surely an authentic gourmet-style chili.

Cook: 2-3 hours

Ingredients:-

Grass fed steak (cubed) – 2 ½ lbs.

Ancho chili powder – 1 tablespoon

Ground cumin – ½ teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Ground black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon

Ground cayenne pepper – ¼ teaspoon

Leeks (sliced) – ½ cup

Canned tomatoes (whole with juice) – 2 cups

Chicken stock – 1 cup

Toppings:

Sour cream – 2 tablespoon

Cheddar cheese (shredded) – ¼ cup

Avocado (sliced) – ½

Fresh cilantro (chopped) – 1 teaspoon

Directions:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker except the toppings and stir mix.
  2. Cook for 6 hours on high.
  3. Serve topped with the toppings.
