Ingredients:-

Beef brisket (well-trimmed) – 4 lbs.

Tomato sauce – ½ cup

Water – ¾ cup

Vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Bay leaves – 4

Garlic cloves – 3

Thyme – ½ teaspoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Pepper – ¼ teaspoon

Directions:-

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the beef.
  3. Cook covered for 6-7 hours on low.
