This zucchini bread turns out to be amazingly moist.

Ingredients:-
Almond flour – 1 cup
Coconut flour – 1/3 cup
Cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
Baking powder – 1 ½ teaspoons
Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
Eggs – 3
Xanthan gum – ½ teaspoon
Coconut oil – 1/3 cup
Sweetener – 1 cup
Vanilla – 2 teaspoons
Zucchini (shredded) – 2 cups
Walnuts (chopped) – ½ cup
Directions:-
- Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix in the nuts and zucchini.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased bread pan and place the pan in a crockpot with a rack.
- Cook for 3 hours on high.
